How pricing works
Every Ellipse product stands on its own. Start with the one you need most and add others anytime.
Properties with 100 or more units pay one flat monthly price. Smaller properties pay by the unit, so you never pay more than the flat price.
Add products or properties and your discount grows automatically, on a published scale. No negotiating.

No. Implementation is fast, free and lightweight, and Ellipse works alongside the CRM or PMS you already use.
By the unit. The per-unit rate is the flat price divided by 100, so a 99-unit property always pays just under the flat price. There is no jump when a property reaches 100 units.
Ellipse service agreements run 12 months.
Your price is locked for your full 12-month agreement. If our published prices go up, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ written notice before your renewal. If they go down, you’ll get the lower price at renewal. Price changes apply to new agreements from the date they’re published on this page.
There is no minimum unit requirement. A property that doesn’t include Leasing Automation has a $99 monthly minimum.

Both apply automatically. The product discount comes off each property’s total first, based on how many products that property uses. The portfolio discount then comes off, based on how many properties you have on Ellipse.
By two things: how many names are on the waitlist (up to 1,500; larger lists are priced in your consultation), and how many check-in calls go out each month compared with the size of the list. Light is up to half the list each month, medium is from half up to one and a quarter times the list, and heavy is more than that.
Yes. Ellipse is PMS/CRM platform agnostic and connects with the systems you already use.
